Update for Window Vegetable Garden
I tried reaching for the stars with my window planters and going big with tomatoes, thai peppers, wax beans, and tons of herbs. The herbs did wonderful in every size bottle, although the 16oz bottles were difficult to keep properly watered. The tomatoes in the one and two liter bottles needed either more space or to be cut back and trained to grow smaller. I chose not to train them just to see what happened but I only got one tomato.
