Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 4-ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with broccoli florets, zucchini and yellow squash slices, carrots, peppers, and
  3. tortilla chips.
