Seven Layer Taco Impossible Pie – Gluten Free Recipe

Seven Layer Taco Impossible Pie – Gluten Free Recipe

This kid friendly Seven Layer Impossible Taco Pie uses ground chicken instead of beef so it’s a diet friendly dish as well. To help increase the nutrition I’ve added some beans to the pie like you might find in a seven layer dip. Bisquick’s classic impossible topping and low fat cheddar finish off the pie itself. The remaining ingredients are layered on as garnishes so that everyone can tailor the dish to their own tastes. Let’s face it, kids can’t resist anything with the word taco in the title. And busy mom’s everywhere know that impossible pies are an easy way to put a nutritious meal on the table quickly so this meal has all the bases covered.
