These loaded oatmeal breakfast cookies are a reduced fat version of a classic oatmeal cookie. But this version is loaded up with all of the ingredients that you might stir into a bowl of oatmeal at breakfast. With heart healthy walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins and slivers of dried apricots there’s something for everyone. For the kids, I’ve also included a handful of semisweet chocolate chips which make these cookies hard for anyone to resist. A few of these yummy cookies are nutritious enough to be a quick breakfast or a healthy snack the whole family will enjoy. About Willow Stevens
Willow is a mother of 6, married to her soul-mate. She started couponing back in 2007 to save her growing family some money. That's how Freetail Therapy was born, so that she could share her knowledge of saving money with others. Though the site has become so much more since then, and now includes homeschooling and homesteading info, Willow still does it all on a budget and shares how. She enjoys snagging freebies, getting coupon overage, drinking coffee, gardening, rabbits and of course, her large family. Willow is a full-time blogger, working on making ends meet, while prepping for the future.
